object orientation & data visualization
Make some circles of your own
- Find a partner (if you'd like) and choose some data you'd like to represent
- Download this gist — the one Alec just worked with — and start messing around to get it to represent the things you'd hoped for
- Post your results to your journal
Studio Time
- Make sure the current state of your project is posted online and linked from your journal
- Make a first draft outline/sketch/slide deck for your final share-out and post on your journal
- And answer the usual questions:
- What did you accomplish today?
- What do you aim to have done by next session?
- What can we do to help?
For next session
- Come in with some version of a functional demo/presentation on Monday to share-out/test with a partner.
- Make sure we have up-to-date links to your journal and your /people card, if we haven't received them from you yet.
- Answer the usual questions for your project in your journal:
- What did you accomplish today?
- What do you aim to have done by next session?
- What can we (the teaching team) do to help?
- If you get stuck, submit a Code Snippet Request or get in touch on Slack if you have any trouble!
